Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ParkFlow ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including property managers, residents, security staff, and visitors.
2. Description of Service
ParkFlow is a parking management platform that enables property managers to manage guest and resident parking passes, process payments, and enforce parking rules. The Service includes web interfaces, APIs, and related tools.
3. Accounts and Registration
Managers must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. ParkFlow reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
4. Payments and Billing
ParkFlow processes payments through Stripe. Property managers connect a Stripe account to receive parking fee payments directly. ParkFlow may charge a platform fee as described in the Pricing page. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for any Stripe fees associated with payment processing.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service; (c) transmit false or misleading information; (d) interfere with or disrupt the Service; (e) reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
6. Data and Privacy
By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy. License plate numbers, vehicle information, and contact details collected through the Service are used solely to provide parking management functionality.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by ParkFlow and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our express written permission.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. ParkFlow does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ParkFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Termination
ParkFlow reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us.
10. Changes to Terms
ParkFlow may update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or a notice within the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
