How does billing work?
getParkFlow charges a monthly platform fee plus a paid-parking platform fee. Enterprise is $499 per month for the first five locations, then $49 per additional location per month. Pop-up is $0 per month with a 20% fee. Parking revenue goes directly to your connected Stripe account; getParkFlow never holds your money.
What does Stripe Connect cost?
Stripe charges its standard processing fees (2.9% + 30¢ per transaction). These come out of the parking payment before it hits your account.
Can I try it before paying?
You can create the property profile first, then checkout activates the manager portal. Stripe Connect is only needed before you accept paid visitor parking.
Do I need tech knowledge to set up?
No. Upload your blueprint PDF, review the AI draft, connect Stripe, and print the QR code. Starter includes 2 setup imports; Pro includes 5 imports in the first 7 days plus 2 per week after.
Are AI imports unlimited?
No. Starter includes 2 setup imports total. Pro includes 5 imports in the first 7 days, then 2 per week. Pop-up lots are count-based, so they don't use AI imports at all. AI is meant to get close; use the editor for small fixes.
