How does billing work?
Pop-up is $0/mo with a 20% paid-parking platform fee. Starter is $79/mo for one-level lots up to 200 spots. Pro is $199/mo for unlimited levels and spots. Enterprise is $499/mo for 5 included locations, then $49 per additional location per month. Starter, Pro, and Enterprise have a 10% paid-parking platform fee; Stripe processing is separate. Parking charges are created on the property's connected Stripe account with the platform fee applied; Stripe controls processing, settlement, and payouts.
What does Stripe Connect cost?
Stripe processing fees are separate from getParkFlow pricing and depend on the connected account, payment method, and Stripe pricing in effect. Review the pricing shown for your Stripe account before launch.
Can I try it before paying?
You can create the property profile first, then checkout activates the manager portal. Stripe Connect is only needed before you accept paid visitor parking.
Do I need tech knowledge to set up?
No. Upload your blueprint PDF, review the AI draft, connect Stripe, and print the QR code. Starter includes 2 setup imports; Pro includes 5 imports in the first 7 days plus 2 per week after.

No. Starter includes 2 setup imports total. Pro includes 5 imports in the first 7 days, then 2 per week. Pop-up lots are count-based, so they don't use AI imports at all. AI is meant to get close; use the editor for small fixes.
