Why getParkFlow

What's different, and what you'll want to know first.

Three things getParkFlow does differently, and straight answers to the questions properties ask before they switch.

AI lot setup01

Upload a blueprint. Get a lot map to review.

Upload a site plan, PDF, or photo and getParkFlow draws an editable first draft: levels, labeled rows, drive lanes, and spaces. You correct anything it missed in the visual editor before it goes live. No drawing every space by hand.

Claude & ChatGPT02

Run your parking by asking.

On Pro and Enterprise, connect Claude, ChatGPT, or another MCP-ready assistant. Check a plate, add residents, approve permits, or build a lot from a site plan in plain language. It acts with your access only, and every change it makes is logged for you to review.

Enterprise payouts03

Pay each location the way your business runs.

Send every location's parking revenue to one company Stripe account, let each location use its own, or mix both. Each location can be switched on its own, and payments always land in a Stripe account the business owns.

Every role in one system

Managers, assistant managers, residents, security, attendants, and tow companies each get a login that shows only their work.

Before you switch

Common questions before switching.

Something else on your mind? Ask us directly.

Not all of our residents have smartphones.

They don't need one. A permit needs a name and a license plate, and an email is optional. Security checks cars by plate, so the resident never has to open an app or show a screen. Residents who do have phones can use the web or Android app for guest passes and payments.

We already use stickers or hangtags and a spreadsheet.

Import your permit holders from a CSV with a name and plate per row. Rows that can't be imported are listed with the reason, so nothing goes missing quietly. You can run digital permits alongside your stickers for a cycle, then retire the stickers once everyone is in.

What happens if the internet goes down?

Checking a car's current status needs a connection, and the security app says clearly when it's offline instead of showing old answers. Reports drafted while offline stay on the phone until it reconnects. The records themselves live on our servers, so a dead phone or lost Wi-Fi never loses data.

Towing disputes worry us.

You decide who may tow and what they can see. You can require a report with photos before any tow, give your tow company its own login, and keep every report and photo with the record. The property always makes the enforcement decision.

Our staff aren't technical.

Each role sees only its own job. Security types a plate and sees whether it's allowed. Attendants see paid cars and how much room is left. It works in any browser or in the Android app, with no special hardware.

Mapping every space sounds like a lot of work.

Upload a blueprint for an AI first draft, then fix what it missed. If exact spaces don't matter, like an event or pop-up lot, skip the map entirely and run on a car count.

You're a new company. What if you go away?

Parking payments go to your own Stripe account, which stays yours no matter what happens to us. You can export residents, spaces, permits, and financial statements to CSV at any time. Plans are month to month, so you're never locked in.

Is there a contract?

No. Plans are monthly and you can cancel anytime from billing settings. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and partial periods aren't refunded.

What does it cost beyond the plan?

Stripe's processing fees are separate and set by Stripe. Some payment types carry a getParkFlow platform fee, which is listed on the pricing page. There are no setup fees or hardware to buy.
