Visitors and residents enter their card on Stripe's secure checkout page. Card numbers never reach getParkFlow's servers.
We never hold parking funds
getParkFlow doesn't sit between a payment and your bank. Refunds and disputes are handled in your own Stripe dashboard.
Fees in the open
Plan prices and any platform fee are listed on the pricing page. Stripe's processing fees are separate and set by Stripe.
Your data
Each property's records stay with that property.
Separated by property
Database access rules keep each property's residents, permits, and payments apart. A manager at one property can't see another's.
Access by role
Managers, assistant managers, security, attendants, residents, and tow companies each see only what their role needs. Managers decide who's on the team.
Private plate and tow photos
Photos are kept in private storage and shown to the property team through short-lived links, never at a public address.
Encrypted connections
Every page and app request runs over HTTPS. Data is stored with our hosting providers, which encrypt it at rest.
AI with limits
AI helps. It can't move money.
Acts with your access only
An AI assistant you connect works as you, with only the access your role already has, and only after you sign in and approve it.
Hard limits
It can't charge, refund, or pay out money, change your plan or team members, or delete data. Those stay in the portal, behind you.
Every change logged
Each change an assistant makes is recorded: what, where, when, and which assistant. Review it or disconnect it anytime under Settings → AI assistants.
AI drafts, people decide
Blueprint imports create a draft map that a manager reviews before anything is published.
No lock-in
Your data and your accounts stay yours.
Export anytime
Download residents, spaces, permits, and financial statements as CSV, and statements as PDF.
Month to month
Cancel anytime from billing settings. Your Stripe account and its payment history stay with you either way.
Delete your account
Anyone can delete their own account in the app or on the website.
