We collect: account info (email, hashed password), property info (name, address), parking pass data (license plates, guest names, vehicle make/model, pass times), payment info (processed via Stripe — we never store card numbers), and usage data (pages visited, error logs).
2. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to: provide and improve the Service, process parking pass creation and payments, send email confirmations for parking passes, respond to support requests, detect and prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.
3. Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with: Stripe (payment processing), Supabase (database and authentication), Resend (transactional email delivery), and law enforcement when legally required. License plate and visitor information is accessible only to property managers and security staff of the associated property.
4. Data Retention
We retain parking pass records for up to 90 days after expiry for audit and dispute resolution. Account data is retained while your account is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
5. Security
We implement industry-standard security including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and row-level security on our database. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
6. Cookies
We use only essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact us via our contact page. We will respond within 30 days.
8. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us immediately.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or a notice within the Service. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
