Accessibility
Effective date: June 27, 2026
Our Commitment
getParkFlow is built to be usable by property managers, residents, visitors, and security teams with a wide range of abilities. We aim for a clear keyboard path, readable contrast, visible focus states, labeled controls, and error messages that explain what to fix.
Standards We Target
Our product goal is to align with WCAG 2.2 Level AA for the getParkFlow web app and public parking flows. We use the standard as an engineering baseline for design, QA, and launch reviews. This is an ongoing goal, not a warranty or a representation of full conformance, and parts of the Service may not yet meet every success criterion. We work to address barriers as we find them.
Parking Guidance
getParkFlow can label accessible and van-accessible spaces and can show setup guidance based on published DOJ accessible parking counts. These warnings are product support only; they do not replace a site review, legal advice, or local code review.
Property Responsibility
Each property remains responsible for physical ADA compliance, parking-space dimensions, signage, routes, enforcement practices, local requirements, and legal obligations. getParkFlow does not certify a lot as compliant.
Report an Issue
If you hit an accessibility barrier in getParkFlow, email contact@getparkflow.app with the page, browser, assistive technology if relevant, and a short description. We prioritize issues that block core workflows such as checkout, pass creation, lot setup, and enforcement.
