For security teams, patrols and towing partners

A parking enforcement app that answers one question fast: is this car allowed here?

Security and towing partners type a plate on their phone and see the pass, permit or resident record behind it, where the car is allowed to park, and when that ends. Tows get recorded with photos, so every decision has a record behind it.

The operating problem

Why private-lot enforcement goes wrong

01

The list is out of date

Patrols work from a printed list or a spreadsheet that missed last night's guest and still shows the tenant who moved out.

02

Every check is a phone call

When the list isn't trusted, the guard radios the office or calls the manager, and the car sits there in the meantime.

03

Tows without a record

When an owner disputes a tow, there's no photo, no reason and no time on file, and the property has to piece it together later.

How it works

How enforcement works in getParkFlow

  1. 1

    Add your team

Give security and your towing partner their own access codes. Choose how much resident information each team can see.

  2. 2

    Check the plate

Type a plate and see whether it has a current pass, permit or resident record, plus the space, zone or level it's good for and when it ends.

  3. 3

    Record what happened

Log a tow with the reason, the towing company and photos. Mark it released later, and keep the full history on file.

What you can run

Tools for the people walking the lot

Plate lookup

Works in a phone browser or the getParkFlow app. Plates are matched even when typed with spaces or dashes.

Clear status

Valid, expired or not found, with the pass or permit details your manager allows the team to see.

Wrong-space flags

A car with a good pass but in someone's assigned space, the wrong zone or the wrong level gets flagged.

Separate security and towing teams

Give security and your towing partner different views, and decide whether security can record tows too.

Resident reports

On Pro, residents report a car in their space. Reports can go to a manager first, and you can require one before a tow.

Tow records with photos

Each tow keeps the plate, space, reason, towing company, photos and notes, from towed to released.

Questions

What teams ask before switching.

Straight answers based on the way getParkFlow works today.

What is a parking enforcement app?+

It's a phone tool that tells security or a towing partner whether a car is allowed to park on a property right now. getParkFlow checks the plate against current passes, permits and resident records, and keeps a record of tows with photos.

Do guards need to install an app?+

No. Plate lookup works in a phone browser, and it's also in the getParkFlow app on Google Play.

Does getParkFlow read plates with a camera?+

Staff type the plate. Plates are matched even when typed with spaces, dashes or lowercase letters, so ABC-1234 and abc 1234 find the same car.

Does getParkFlow decide when to tow?+

No. Your property rules and local laws decide that. getParkFlow shows the current record and keeps a history of what your team did.

Which plans include it?+

Plate lookup for security is on Starter, Pro and Enterprise. Resident reports need the resident portal on Pro or Enterprise. Starter and Pro are free for 14 days.
