Setting up a new property

Create an account at /onboard, choose Starter or Pro, enter your property details, connect Stripe, then upload your lot blueprint.

AI blueprint mapping issues

Make sure the PDF is a clear floor plan with visible parking spots. AI imports are limited by plan and give a first draft, so small fixes should be made in the editor. Email us the PDF if you need help.

Stripe Connect setup

You'll need a Stripe account. The Express onboarding takes about 5 minutes and requires basic business info.

Enterprise / multi-property pricing

Enterprise is $499 per month with five locations included, then $49 per additional location per month. You can self-onboard from the Pricing page or contact us for assisted setup.
