On eligible plans, a manager can upload a clear blueprint, PDF, or supported layout file. getParkFlow creates an editable first draft of floors and parking geometry. Imports are plan-limited and may be imperfect, so the manager reviews the result, makes corrections in the visual editor, and decides when the property is ready to publish.

- iAI blueprint import creates an editable first draft. A manager reviews and corrects the layout before publishing.
- igetParkFlow gives authorized teams current parking records and plate lookup. The property sets its rules and makes enforcement decisions.
- iParking charges are created on the property’s connected Stripe account. Stripe controls payment processing, settlement, and payout timing.
- iPublic QR checkout runs in a browser, but it still requires a compatible device, connectivity, and an accepted payment method.

Managers, residents, security staff, and attendants can access their role’s portal in a browser. The native mobile app is coming soon; its availability page will carry the official download links when it launches. Public visitor checkout already works without a download.
