Parking management software for private lots

Parking management software
that turns spaces into revenue.

getParkFlow turns a blueprint into a visual lot, lets visitors scan a QR code and complete checkout in their browser, and can put configured visitor or resident charges behind manager approval. From a 500-unit garage to a driveway on game day, payments are created on the property's connected Stripe account with the platform fee applied.

Why managers switch

You already know how the old way ends.

Hang tags, spreadsheets, and honor systems don't collect money or settle disputes. A live system does.

The old way
  • A spreadsheet that was accurate three managers ago
  • “Who’s in spot 14?” calls at 9pm
  • Towing disputes with no paper trail
  • Hang tags that get photocopied and shared
  • Visitor spots sitting empty — earning nothing
With getParkFlow
  • A live map that is right by definition — it is the system of record
  • Search plates from a phone and see the current pass status
  • Each pass logged with a status and time window
  • Digital passes that can’t be photocopied
  • Empty spots selling themselves by QR code, 24/7
The complete parking stack

Everything it takes to run a lot — built in.

From blueprint to paid pass to plate validation, with Stripe connected for payments.

AI blueprint mapping

Drop in a PDF. Start from an AI draft.

getParkFlow reads your floor plan and creates an editable first-draft grid for floors, spots, lanes, and ramps. AI imports are plan-limited, so review the draft, tune the details, then publish.

  • Multi-level mappingBuild and review each garage level separately
  • Editable labelsKeep or correct existing A1, B2 numbering

Roster import

Bring over your current residents. Edit before launch.

Upload a CSV of your residents and getParkFlow helps build the roster: names, units, spots, plates, emails and phones. Review the matches, fix anything that needs a tweak, and export your data whenever you want. Resident tools are part of the Pro plan.

Public & paid parking

Turn empty spots into revenue.

Open spots to visitors with a QR code. They pick a spot, pay by the hour or day, and park — no app, no account. Payments are created on the property's connected Stripe account with getParkFlow's platform fee applied; Stripe controls settlement and payouts.

Pop-up & event lots

Run temporary parking without drawing every space.

Selling parking for a game, a fair, or a church overflow lot? Skip the map entirely. Set how many cars fit, print your QR curb sign, and start taking payments — $0/mo, with a 20% fee only when you actually earn.

Approval-first payments
Turn on per-channel approval and visitor or resident payment requests wait for your decision. Cards are authorized up front but only captured when you approve; declining releases the authorization.
🛡️
Security team accounts
Issue invite codes so patrol staff get their own logins. Enable, disable, or remove an account from the manager dashboard the moment your team changes.
🔍
Fast plate lookup
Security enters a plate and sees whether there is an active pass, with vehicle, spot, and expiry details included. Your team still controls enforcement decisions.
🏠
Resident self-service
Residents log in with an invite code, create guest passes, pick spots on the live map, and manage their own parking — without a single call to the office. Included on the Pro plan.
Don't take our word for it

Drive the map your team would run.

FAQ
How do visitor payments work?+

Visitors pay by card through Stripe Checkout. Charges are created on the property's connected Stripe account with getParkFlow's platform fee applied. Stripe controls processing, settlement, and payout timing.

What does it cost?+

Pop-up is $0/mo with a 20% paid-parking platform fee. Starter is $79/mo for one-level lots up to 200 spots. Pro is $199/mo for unlimited levels and spots. Enterprise is $499/mo for 5 included locations, then $49 per additional location per month. Starter, Pro, and Enterprise have a 10% paid-parking platform fee; Stripe processing is separate.

How fast can I go live?+

Simple lots can move quickly, but launch timing depends on your layout, roster, Stripe setup, and how much review you want before publishing. No sales call or IT project is required.

Can I move my existing data over?+

Yes. Import residents, units, spots, and plates from CSV. Recognized column headers are matched automatically, and you review the rows before import. You can export your data at any time.

Do visitors need an app?+

No. They scan a QR code, pick a spot on the live map, enter their plate, and pay — all in the browser. No download, no account.

Can I review payments before anyone is charged?+

Yes. Turn on payment approval for visitors, residents, or both. Requests authorize the card and wait in your queue — the charge is only captured when you approve, and declining releases the hold.
