Product and fit

What is getParkFlow?+

getParkFlow is web-based parking operations software for mapped properties and count-based lots. It connects digital passes, parking inventory, plates, residents, visitors, authorized staff workflows, and optional paid parking in one property record.

What kinds of properties can use getParkFlow?+

The available workflows are designed for apartment communities, private and commercial lots, campuses, offices, events, and temporary pop-up parking. A property can map exact spaces or use simple capacity when individual spaces do not matter.

Does every parking lot need a visual map?+

No. Permanent properties can use a visual map when exact spaces, levels, zones, or assignments matter. Pop-up lots are count-based and can sell parking without drawing individual spaces.

Do visitors need to download an app?+

No. Public visitor parking runs in a web browser. A visitor scans a QR code or opens the property link, enters the required vehicle and parking details, and completes checkout without a ParkFlow account. A compatible device and network connection are still required.

AI and data

What does the AI blueprint import do?+

On eligible plans, it reads a clear blueprint, PDF, image, or supported layout file and creates an editable first draft of the parking layout. The manager reviews the draft, corrects it in the visual editor, and decides when it is ready to publish.

Are AI imports unlimited?+

No. Starter includes 2 setup ai imports total. Pro and Enterprise include 5 ai imports in the first 7 days, then 2 per week. Pop-up lots are count-based and do not use AI imports.

Does ParkFlow publish an AI-generated map automatically?+

No. AI output may be incomplete or imperfect. It remains an editable draft until a property manager reviews the layout and chooses to publish the property workflow.

Can a property import or export existing spreadsheet data?+

Pro and Enterprise include CSV import and export for structured property data such as residents, units, spots, and plates. Recognized headers are matched and rows are reviewed before import. Starter and Pop-up do not include the CSV feature.

Pricing, payments, and control

What does getParkFlow cost?+

Pop-up is $0/mo with a 20% paid-parking platform fee. Starter is $79/mo for one-level lots up to 200 spots. Pro is $199/mo for unlimited levels and spots. Enterprise is $499/mo for 5 included locations, then $49 per additional location per month. Starter, Pro, and Enterprise have a 10% paid-parking platform fee; Stripe processing is separate.

How do parking payments work?+

Visitors and eligible residents pay through Stripe Checkout. Charges are created on the property’s connected Stripe account with getParkFlow’s disclosed platform fee applied. Stripe controls payment processing, settlement, and payout timing; Stripe processing fees are separate.

Can a manager review a payment request before the card is charged?+

Yes. A property can enable payment approval for visitors, residents, or both. The checkout authorizes the card and the manager can approve capture or decline the request. Authorization timing and release are controlled by Stripe.

Does getParkFlow make parking enforcement decisions?+

No. getParkFlow lets authorized staff look up current plates, passes, and flags. The property defines its policies, handles exceptions, and remains responsible for any warning, towing, citation, or other enforcement decision.
