Delete your ParkFlow account
ParkFlow Parking is made by BTech LLC. You can delete your account three ways.
In the ParkFlow app
Open the Account tab, then Settings, then Delete account. Confirm, and your account is deleted right away.
On the website
Sign in at getparkflow.app, open your account settings, and choose Delete account.
By email
Can't sign in? Email contact@getparkflow.app from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We confirm it's you, then delete it within 30 days.
What happens to your data
Deleted
Your sign-in, profile, saved vehicles, notification settings and your access to every property.
Kept for a limited time
Payment, billing and tax records, and parking pass, report and tow records a property needs for enforcement or disputes, as described in our Privacy Policy. These are kept only as long as the law or a dispute requires.
Property owners
If you own a lot, cancel its paid plan on the website before deleting your account, and if you're the only owner of a company account, add another owner first. Other people's accounts at your lot aren't deleted with yours.
